Project Delivery

Scoping and delivery of sustainability projects can be a challenging augmentation of core business for organisations of all forms, sizes and purposes.

Starfish’s delivery service has been developed to incorporate a diverse range of professional fields and is structured to draw upon the full capabilities of our network ~ Starfish Associates, Contractors and Partners.

“It always seems impossible
until it’s done.”
~ Nelson Mandela

Starfish has a demonstrated capability to research, scope and define sustainability projects in ways that connect and integrate sustainability needs with business requirements.

Starfish can supplement internal project teams, directly coordinate projects or provide an arms-length and supportive project governance role.

This service enables your sustainability projects to reach milestones and deliver expected outcomes.

The components of this service include:

  • Research into and scoping of sustainability projects to determine cost, reach, objectives and returns on investment in order to inform the necessary project-related business decisions
  • Preparation of planning, risk and budgeting documentation to establish project governance and maintain project quality
  • Planning and chairing design and gateway reviews to ensure that milestones are met
  • Active project management and reporting to protect project quality and inform project stakeholders
